Refund Policy

All of our quartz watches are carefully inspected and confirmed to be in working condition before shipping. However, due to the nature of quartz movements, the battery may run out during transit or after delivery. In such cases, customers are responsible for replacing the battery at their own expense. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for battery depletion or other issues related solely to battery life. Only genuine defects in the watch itself (excluding the battery) will be considered for return or exchange.
